DHL Express is available for all United States, Canadian, United Kingdom & New Zealand customers — this is the fastest International delivery option (3 - 6 business days*).
FedEx Priority Express may be provided to some international postcodes where DHL Express is not available.
All deliveries are tracked. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Rest assured, we will do everything on our end to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Express Post is our fastest delivery service, and all Express items are prioritized for delivery by our logistics partners. Shipping times are estimated and may be subject to delays. Any delays imposed by our logistics partners are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible. However, if an order is delayed, we will work with our logistics partners to resolve any issues.
The buyer is responsible for any missing or stolen parcels when a request has been made with the courier for the parcel to be 'left in a safe place.'
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Once your order is placed, you are committing to the sale and confirming that all entered information, including the shipping address, is correct. The buyer assumes full responsibility for stolen or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect shipment information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes. Any international customs tax, import duties, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility, as Sigma Wallet only charges for the product and shipping. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information. If a customer refuses to pay customs taxes or import duties, the order will be destroyed by customs, and no refund will be issued.
